In order to have the best experience, we invite clients to arrive 10 minutes early for bookings to ensure there is plenty of time to check in, use the bathroom and choose from the vast range of colours available. As a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to, late appointments may not be honoured. These appointments will be charged for in full. Treatments begun late will be shortened in consideration of the next client.
We have a strict 48 to 24 hour cancellation policy in order to accommodate the high demand of appointments. This policy applies across the board whether booked in person, on the phone via email or online through our website. We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments, providing we have at least 48 hours notice. For the avoidance of doubt - failure to notify BeHoldHer within 48 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 50% cancellation fee of loss of a bundle item. Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in the full appointment fee being charged. No refunds will be given to cancelled or rescheduled bookings. Bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not be downgraded and the full value at time of booking is payable. Clients arriving more than ten minutes late for their appointments will risk losing their appointment and being charged in full. Please, note in the event of a late arrival, we may not able to carry out the complete treatment, you will however be charged for the full value of the treatment that was made at time of booking. No-shows and repeat cancellations are at risk of not being able to book again.
Groups of 3 or more will require a 50% deposit made via EFT. Once the deposit is settled the booking will be made. We will require 48 hours in order to change or cancel the booking and deposits are calculated accordingly to each treatment. Failure to notify BeHoldHer within 48 hours will result in the loss of the appointment and 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
All treatments purchased as a bundle must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Treatment bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable. All treatment bundles must be redeemed within 6 months of the date of purchase, any treatments left untaken after 6 months will be forfeited. Treatment bundles that have expired will not be extended.
If paying with a gift voucher you must give details at time of booking. Gift vouchers must be presented upon arrival for the booked treatment. Failure to attend an appointment will result in full or partial payment for your visit to be deducted from your gift voucher. We will however honour the remaining balance of the voucher for future use. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months. BeHoldHer will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain on the voucher until its expiry date.
We ask clients to look after their property while at your appointment as we are unable to take responsibility of items left unattended.
In the event you chip your nails within three days of gel polish application, please report this with a photo to Claire and we will offer you a free touch-up on the effected nails within seven days. Outside this period there will be a small fee, please refer to price list. Please note, we do not offer any guarantees on tips or sculptures as there are too many factors that we cannot control that may result in breakage and damage. Please treat them with care.
Tinting services require a patch test 24 hours prior to your first treatment, this is for your safety. (If you are unsure of being able to have a particular treatment, please inform us 24 hours prior to your appointment.) Providing no adverse reactions take place, we will be happy to treat you safely. Please let us know if you have overly sensitive skin or any specific allergies that may be affected by our treatments or products. We can then arrange a patch test for you to make sure you are being treated safely. We cannot be held responsible if you do not disclose any medications or condition that may affect your treatment. Please inform your therapist or technician of any changes in your health on subsequent visits.
Rest assured that your privacy is important to us and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of any personal information we collect from you. We do not share any of your personal information with third party organizations.
Various promotions offers are run throughout the year, date and time restrictions may apply. Offers may not be used in conjuction with each other. BeHoldHer reserves the right to cancel any promotions runing at any given time.Loyalty cards may be signed once per appointment (including bundle appointments) with the exception of promotions, rewards and vouchers being claimed. Accent nail rewards per finger will be at the Nail Technicians discretion. 50% off if limited to a single base appointment (Gel overlays hands or toes) and will not be applied to sculptures, repairs, strength coats or art.
All purchases are final and we are unable to exchange or refund.
Please note we reserve the right to refuse treatments, consistent late arrivals, disrespect and rudeness towards BeHoldHer staff will not be tolerated. BeHoldHer reserve the right to amend Terms and Conditions as and when it is considered necessary to do so.
